Box 1145 Las Cruces, NM 88004 Children's Tours: The children's tours are offered from 8:30am until noon and will be Wednesday through Friday during the fair. Reservations for the tours will need to be made at least two weeks prior to the fair. Tours are offered to school groups, daycares, private schools, and home school groups. E-mail azemler@nmsu.edu for tour information. Official Fair Photographer: Richard Larsen Carnival & Midway Attraction: Frazier Shows of America open every day during the fair. Parking & Deliveries / Pick-Ups: Must be before opening of the fair at 8:00 am. This rule will be strictly enforced! This is mandatory due to Fire Code Regulations. After 8 a.m. all parking will be in the designated parking lots & deliveries will only be allowed in the designated parking area or will have to be walked through the gates unless other arrangements have been cleared with Fair management. Lost Children's Booth: The Lost Children Booth is located at the Security: Dona Ana County Sheriff's Department Animals: Only qualified animals (including service animals), livestock on exhibit or trained animals for scheduled acts will be permitted on the fairgrounds. NO FAIR ATTENDEE IS ALLOWED TO BRING A PET ONTO THE FAIRGROUNDS. The Southern New Mexico State Fair and Rodeo will take every precaution for the safety of automobiles and other property, but will not assume responsibility for any damage or loss.
