2007 SNMSF Rodeo Queen
Jodi Lindsay
Jodi Lindsay is your Southern New Mexico State Fair Rodeo Queen, also winning the Horsemanship category, and receiving the highest score for the Premium Book Test. Jodi was born and raised in Las Cruces, and is the daughter of Gary and Gretchen Lindsay. She is currently a senior at Las Cruces High School, serving as the Chapter Historian for the LCHS FFA Chapter, and is also a member of the Horse and Livestock Judging Teams. She balances her time between FFA and 4-H, also currently serving as a ambassador for the Dona Ana County 4-H program. Jodi has been a member of the 4-H program for the past 8 years. Jodi has enjoyed competing in livestock shows at SNMSF for the past 8 years, with great success in the Beef Breeding Heifer division. In her spare time, Jodi enjoys spending time with family and friends, horseback riding, and competing at the Hot Springs Gymkhana's and the Otero County 4-H Winter Series Rodeos.
Jodi plans to attend New Mexico State University in the fall of 2008, where she will be pursuing a degree in Agriculture Education and Extension. Jodi is very excited to serve as your 2007 SNMSF Rodeo Queen, and looks forward to representing Dona Ana County at the 2008 New Mexico State Fair Queens contest next September.
